Speaker – Dr Harpreet Hyare
Harpreet Hyare is a Consultant Neuroradiologist at University College London Hospitals NHS Trust and Associate Professor at UCL. She is the Lead Neuroradiologist for the Teenage and Young Adult Service and holds an Honorary position at Great Ormond Street Hospital. Her specialist interest is in translation of novel imaging and computational techniques to improve patient outcomes in paediatric and adult brain tumours.
Talk title – “The Hardest MDT Question” Current state of the art in distinguishing progression from pseudoprogression.
Speaker – Dr Steffi Thust
Steffi Thust is a Clinical Associate Professor of Neuroimaging at the University of Nottingham and Honorary Consultant at University Hospitals Nottingham NHS Trust. Steffi’s research topics include the clinical translation of emerging imaging techniques and analysis methods. This involves biomarker investigation in high-resolution anatomical MRI, diffusion, perfusion and metabolic techniques.
